Yoga, and especially Hot Yoga, has been a passion of mine for many years. Here I find physical and mental balance and can train every single part of my body. The feeling after class is always better - better than before, better than without, better than almost anything else :-)  The physical Hot Yoga exercises (asanas), practiced at high temperatures, not only give you energy, endurance, flexibility but also promote your strength and balance.

Hot Yoga 4 U lessons are exclusively taught in our beautiful Studio at Hautplatz 9 in Rapperswil. Thanks to small classes and the ambiance of the location, the atmosphere is relaxed and personal.
