Registration (via phone, sms, email,...) is open up to 3 hours prior to class, but better earlier :-)
Cancellations accepted up to 5 hours prior to class.
Unfortunately I will have to charge you for missing a class you registered for unexcused.

What to bring:- Two towels (1x large for class/yoga-towel and 1x shower)
- A bottle of water / sports drink
- Lightweight sportswear, e.g. Shorts and T-shirt / top
Drink plenty of water before the class, but avoid eating large meals :-)

The very first class is free! Nothing to lose, so give it a try!
Single class 60 min. CHF 30.-
10-class pass à 60 min. CHF 275.-
6-month pass: CHF 550.-
